dxw is looking for a designer who can do front-end coding.
You’ll be working on a variety of projects, including work for central government and work on products that we're developing. We’re currently working on a product for cloud-based WordPress hosting that we think will be very exciting. And we’re doing some very cool projects for central government that we’d love to tell you all about.
We do lots of work with WordPress, so WP experience is a strong plus. Ideally, you'll be pretty comfortable working with themes and plugins and will have put together a few WordPress sites already.
You’ll need to have a keen visual sense, a good grasp of usability and designing for the web, and a strong desire to make beautiful, useful things.
You’ll also need a good working knowledge of HTML and CSS, and the ability to take on coding tasks as needed, with support from developers when required.

Initially, we’re looking for someone to work three days a week in our offices in London, with a good chance that the role will become full time at some point in the future. Salary from £35,000pa pro rata, dependent on experience.
